The grand opening event for regionale10 on 2 June 2010 in Trieben will be a superb celebration. During the weeks to follow, visitors can look forward to more than thirty projects including music and theatre, exhibitions and festivals, playful explorations of everyday life and unexpected encounters beyond.

Tune in GRAND OPENING IN TRIEBEN What does Trieben sound like? To tune in to regionale10, the entire town will resound: architectural landmarks will become musical instruments when a factory chimney and a community centre, a church tower, a maypole and fountain break their silence and compete with choirs, soloists and brass orchestras.		01.01.2010

Exploring boundaries The trail around the district of Liezen is 400 kilometres long, climbing a total of 40,000 m. The inhabitants of the 30 communities along the fringe are not in the lest daunted by these dimensions: They push to their limits - in the truest meaning of the word - and set off on an unusual tour over hill and dale, across mountain pastures, forest trails and over ragged rock faces.		02.01.2010

Going International Being foreign is not always easy. Tourists are perceived in a different way than immigrants. Some are seen as guests, some as intruders. Being foreign always also means gaining new experiences. New experiences connect the traveller with the host.		03.01.2010

Hoher Dachstein A PROJECT BY AI WEIWEI DID YOU SEE ANYTHING - LAST TIME ON THE HOHER DACHSTEIN? Those who climb up the Hoher Dachstein from July 11th will have the usual view, tons of stones. Stratified limestone, rough and loose rocks.		04.01.2010

Play Admont PLAYFUL APPROACH TO INTERNATIONAL CONTEMPORARY ART Books help explain the world. Art can do this too in its own unique way. However, the regionale10exhibition at Admont Monastery with its fine museum and wonderful library is not only about books and art. More than this is needed if we want to gain knowledge, and it all focuses on the human ability of reflection.		05.01.2010

Fabricators of the world - Scenarios of self-will What makes the region between Aussee and Trieben, between Schladming and Wildalpen unique? The exhibition in Schloss Trautenfels explores the scenarios of defiance and caprice, of singularity and peculiarity of the people living in this area and tries to find out to what extent their inner and outer scenarios coincide.		06.01.2010

Talk to him! A FOLKLORE EVENING What does the emotional map of a district as big and multi-faceted as Liezen look like? Do Liezen and Aussee have a thing going on? Who owns the Dachstein? Simply gone A THEATRE PROJECT OF NATAŠA RAJKOVIĆ & BOBO JELČIĆ Experience is sometimes the best material. Also on stage. The renowned director duo Nata&scaron;a Rajković and Bobo Jelčić display passion for theatre beyond its classic form. Do whatever you like! A SINGSPIEL FOR CHILDREN They live on the outskirts: children and young people without families, left to their own devices they are used to taking care of themselves. When one of them finds a box of lottery tickets, their leader tries to redeem them in town. While he is away, the system of rules by which the children live starts to crumble. Living Liezen Legends A MEDIA PROJECT Folk tales and urban legends have one thing in common: the grain of truth they are said to contain.
